Meredith is a 2000 graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY. She has also worked in the front and back of the house in various restaurant settings. She served as Catering & Restaurant Manager in a hotel setting, private chef, as well as Director of Catering for Procter & Gamble Headquarters in Cincinnati, Ohio. Previous to her training at the CIA, Meredith worked as an apprentice under a Culinary Institute Pastry Chef.
John is a chef with various venues to his credit including, but not limited to, butcher shop, bakery, seafood market, restaurant, food manufacturing, and catering facility. John served as Executive Chef of Cameron Mitchell Restaurants in Columbus, Pittsburgh, and Cincinnati, Ohio, for many years. He was the first chef with Cameron Mitchell group to open an out of state restaurant for the company. To his credit, he has opened multiple new restaurants, developed specialty menus, and has led staffs of up to 55 staff members. He was also Executive Chef at the prestigious Manor House in Cincinnati, Ohio.
